    Hey David,

    Yes you are allowed to place pending orders.
    Regarding your moving of orders – It might be that after moving your SL or TP or buy/sell price did not match the mim pip gap requirement. In this case, please check your Journal tab to see what was the error. According to the error you will know what’s wrong while moving the order.
