There are a few things to take note:

1. Make sure EA is placed at the correct location.
2. Make sure you have Allow DLL imports enabled in expert options.

Hey Wayne,

Please compile a video with all settings and errors you are receiving and email it to us so that we can check what may be missing at ur end.
Also, make sure you include Journal tab errors.
