    Cuando pulso MTF e intento abrir un nuevo TF me da el siguiente mensaje de error:
    “encountered a sharing violation while accessing: C:Archivos de programa\FxPro-MetaTrader 4\profiles\Spheretester\chart02.chr” .

    Para solucionarlo, tengo que repetir la operacion varias veces hasta que se abre el gráfico. Esto es bastante molesto. Y cuando se abre solo aparecen 43 velas en el EURUSD_ST, Daily cuando deberían aparecer muchas más. Adjunto imagen del error.

    El mismo error me ocurre a veces cuando inicio el Spheretester.

    Hi Alfonso,

    many thanks for choosing SphereTester!

    This error occurs when MetaTrader is installed in the Program Files folder instead of the User Data Directory.

    This can cause problems with other indicators and expert advisors as well, so I recommend that you reinstall MetaTrader or install a new instance after enbaling user account control on your computer.

    First uninstall MT4 from your computer.

    To enable User Account Control simply click on the start button and enter “uac” in the search box and hit enter. The UAC settings page will open, change the notification level to the default one (second from the bottom) and click OK.

    Although not necessary I recommend that you restart your PC at this point and install the Metatrader after your pc has rebooted.

    Once installed open the data folder from MT4 (File/Open Data Folder) and copy SphereTester in the experts folder.

    Muchas Gracias por tu rápida respuesta.
    El sistema operativo que utilizo es Windows XP, por tanto no hay UAC.
    Indicame donde tengo que instalar la plataforma Metatrader.

    Hi Alfonso,

    I am sorry to say but the MTF feature is not going to work under XP. It is an unsupported operating system and you will encounter issues using other indicators and expert advisors as well so my recommendation to you is to upgrade to an up to date operating system.

    All trading functionalities are going to work fine.

    Gracias por tu respuesta.
    Hoy he hecho labores de mantenimiento de mi ordenador: Scandisk, Ccleaner y Defragmentado del disco duro. He estado toda la tarde haciendo simulación y no me ha dado ningún error. Todo ha funcionado perfectamente.
