    Same thing, no news, please ask your “team” to check it by themselves after their bogus “fix”. Cannot imagine how they are fixing something without checking …

    This time I checked myself and it was working. Can you please deleted that news file and try again?
    Are you able to see the window and its showing no data or the window itself is not appearing?

    Hi, I just purchased the SphereTester and the news feature is not functioning. I’m getting the “No news found in database for this period, nothing to display” problem mentioned on this thread.

    I tried removing the “newsdata.dat” file as Federico Gyenees suggested in his August 20, 2016 post (#3114) but this does not correct the problem.

    How do I get this problem solved? Has this problem been fixed? How do I check if I have the most recent version of the tester?

    Hi Aayush,

    I’ve selected a variety of dates from as far back as January 1, 2018 to the present. Just now for example I set a date range of December 31, 2020 to May 31, 2021. Regardless of the date range (or the instrument for that matter) I am not getting any news across the board.

    Hey Vidal,

    I have passed your issue to the back end team.
    Regarding dates, we can see news for 2018, 2019 and for months of 2020.
    2021 database might not be up to date, but for the remaining years, it is working at our end.
    So, it could be some issue with your setup. I hope you tried deleting newsdata file?

    Also, if you can send an email with a few screenshots of journal tab to see some errors.
