    Luego se seguir los pasos de instalacion , en el probador de estrategia , no logro que cargue , cuando lo compre si funciono , pero ahora lo quiero volver a usar y no funciona.

    hello good morning I have already followed all the steps that say in the user guide I installed it again and I did.     Hey Jose,

    I saw images and noticed one important issue. You have selected ‘optimization’ option in the tester, which is present below the dropdown menu of the time frame. Please deselect optimization option and try again.

    Hello I liked your prompt attention but I can not enjoy the simulator I have tried everything but nothing works sending me photos again for that. I watched the steps. I activated the uac dll imports I have a new metatrader and nothing if I don’t get installation I ask. The refund of my money I was waiting so long. Time for this. simulator and I don’t know what happened that I don’t get it thanks José

    Did you untick the optimization option in tester and tried? Please compile a video and share to us via email. There must be something wrong you are doing.
    BTW, if you want refund, you can tell us anytime before 30 days end.
