    Is it possible to start the simulation at a specific hour of the day? For example, can I start the simulation at 9:30am EST so I can begin my practice session at the New York open?

    Yes, you can test for any time as long as your MT4 has history for the selected period. While testing, you can choose time and day and perform testing.
