We are really sorry for any inconvenience caused. We did reply to your email asking some questions about DLL. Then again, we got your email yesterday and we are about to reply it today. We might need 24-48 hours to get back to clients considering we receive many emails.

Coming to your issue, can you please email us screenshots of the issue? Also, please share the screenshot of the Journal tab so that we can check if there is any error.
