    Hi,

    I have a Supply and Demand indicator that works fine in the live environment and previously worked fine in the Spheretester as well. Now, it does not run at all in the tester. I have removed the indicator and reinstalled it. I have removed and reinstalled Spheretester. I purchased the software for this testing purposes and now it is not working.

    Any ideas of that I can try next to remedy this issue?

    Hi Aayush,

    No, I have not changed anything. This is why it is so surprising. I am baffled by this. I even tried this on another MT4 installation and it did the same.

    The journal state that custom indicator loaded successfully, but it is not the case at all.

    Hey Jaco,

    Can you please try removing all temporary files of your brokers MT4 from the installation folder? Can you also try a complete uninstall and installation of your MT4?

    Hi Aayush

    The chart popup issue is resolved, but the EA is still not working. I have no idea how to get this one resolved. There are no errors in the Journal. It states that the EA loaded successfully

    Hey Jaco,

    You cannot use the EA on multiple machines. One licence is valid for one machine. If you want to use it on an another machine. I have to deactivate ur previous licence is provide a new one.

    I think u changing PC’s caused this. I will email you instructions of what u need to do to get a new licence FREE replacing the old one.
