    I’m not sure what is going on. I installed the EA and when I run it I get the box to enter my validation key. After entering the key I click on validate but nothing happens no matter how many times I click on Validate. I bought this EA on Saturday to practice and that same day I emailed support but I have not gotten an answer. Do you guys have any similar issues?

    Regarding your problem:
    Can you please confirm you followed correct steps mentioned in this link – http://www.spheretester.com/configuring-the-strategy-tester/

    If yes, then please share a screenshot of the journal tab in MT4 so that we can check the root cause.
