    Hey Azeez,

    This error may be due to many reasons. There was no data for prices for the period u were trying to test or some currency symbol problems.

    And, please ensure that u have data downloaded for the MT4 for the period u want to test.

    Hey Jaco,

    You cannot use the EA on multiple machines. One licence is valid for one machine. If you want to use it on an another machine. I have to deactivate ur previous licence is provide a new one.

    I think u changing PC’s caused this. I will email you instructions of what u need to do to get a new licence FREE replacing the old one.

    Can you please try removing all temporary files of your brokers MT4 from the installation folder? Can you also try a complete uninstall and installation of your MT4?

    Dear Gianluca,

    As I mentioned I have asked my technical team to have a look.
    BTW, meanwhile can you do the same thing with any other EA like SMA? This is just to check if its related to anything else.

    Also, please check the errors on the Journal tab before closing MT4 so that we can get errors info easily.

    Thanks for sharing details. Actually this depends on a lot of things like your PC resources (RAM), MT4 capability and OS installed.
