    Hello SphereTester,

    I am considering a purchase of your product – but I came acrsoo a YouTube video that showed a dropdown for currency settings for one’s account – I noticed the standard ones USD, GBP etc – but did not notice NZD (New Zealand Dollar) – My Account is denominated in NZD – has this limitation been altered / improved – in other words – Will it work on an NZD denominated account – or do I have to convert to a USD denom account (I would strongly prefer not – since I have multiple licenses registered to my current account in NZD??

    Hi Aayush – thanks for your reply. OK.

    A related question – has the currency dropdown setting in inputs section of EA been deleted? I did not see any mention of this on your user guide page of this website. As you know – I mentioned the YouTube video I watched had a dropdown for currency – the the person reviewing the product mentioned that SphereTester would freeze – if currency setting did not match. So does hte EA still have a currency dropdown setting. If so – guessing the same problems exist. I will awat your reply. thanks

    OK – I aIt is now time for me to express my dissappointment in the support of this product – the moderator should understand that when responding to questions – it his duty to check on a daily business basis – the last post – was tothe effect that there is no upload link’ to share my screenshot – As for now – a caution to others – this is an acceptable product – but the support is noticeably substandard. Aayush – why di nyou leave my query unanswered?

    – but no ‘attach file’ fuction of your contact form
    – and no published email address on your website
    (YOU MMIGHT WANT TO FIX THESE)
