I have passed your issue to the back end team.
Regarding dates, we can see news for 2018, 2019 and for months of 2020.
2021 database might not be up to date, but for the remaining years, it is working at our end.
So, it could be some issue with your setup. I hope you tried deleting newsdata file?

Also, if you can send an email with a few screenshots of journal tab to see some errors.
